*Annual Outdoor European Christmas Market. Based on the traditional, charming, and festive open-air Christkindlmarkts in Germany, Austria, and other countries during Advent season. Online registration for attendance. Tickets opened November 1. Two-day event Friday, December 2, 4pm-9pm and Saturday, December 3, 10am-6pm. At McIntire Park in Hayden Idaho. The European Christmas Market features over 100 vendors, including food, Glühwein (mulled wine), and hot cocoa. There is also a kids’ area with face-painting, coloring books, and decorating Christmas cookies.

The more elves you find, the greater your chances of winning. There is an elf trail map available on the website. When you find an elf, go to one of the listed locations to get your passport stamped. *Ignite the Holidays with Winter Spirit! Lights turn on Saturday, November 19, at 6:00 pm. Lighting Ceremony starts at 4:15 pm. The Community lights up with interactive displays and dancing trees in Locomotive Park. A large gas fireplace warms visitors and children are fascinated with the pageant of colors. Displays are lit the weekend before Thanksgiving through the weekend after New Years Day. 2102 Main Street.
